Whitney Brooks, Olive Law Firm, Charlotte personal injury attorney, was recently named a “Top 10 under 40” member. the “Top 10 Under 40” is given by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. This organization is devoted to recognizing the top Personal Injury attorneys in the nation.
The NAOPIA has a stringent selection process, to award the top 10 personal injury attorneys in each state. It is a prestigious honor of being named “TOP 10”. The very few attorneys (less than 1%) that are good enough to make our list have demonstrated an extraordinary amount of knowledge, skill, experience, expertise and success in their practice of Personal Injury.
To be nominated for the NAOPIA “Top 10” award for personal injury, here are the requirements:
-Must be licensed and in good standing in the state
-Must be in private practice
-Must have at least 5 years experience in Personal Injury
-Must devote a significant portion of practice to Personal Injury
-Must be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney or one of our in-house research staff members
After these minimum requirements, then attorneys must first be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney or one of our in-house research staff members. Then they have to be one of 50 attorneys chosen to advance to the final selection stage by the processing committee, and then our Board of Governors officially selects the Top 10 in each state.
Lee Olive, long time Personal Injury Attorney at Olive Law Firm, said “It is an honor to have Whitney Brooks on our team. We are pleased with the “Top 10 Under 40 Award” and will continue to offer our best to help Charlotte and surrounding areas residents with their personal injury cases.
